Academic requirements

Meet any ONE of the following:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university

Graduate Diploma or Diploma qualification plus a minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience

Candidates aged 30 or above with a minimum of 8 years' work experience (assessed case-by-case)

English language requirements

Meet any ONE of the following:

GCE O Level English (C6 and above)

IELTS 5.5 or above

Aventis English Proficiency Test (EPT) — for applicants who do not meet the above requirements

General eligibility requirement

The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is Singapore's national HR professional body. The Workplace Health and Well-being module is IHRP-accredited, meaning its content meets the professional standards set by IHRP.

No. The programme is 100% coursework-based with no written examinations. Assessment is through assignments, case studies, and the consultancy project.

Classes are held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9am–5pm) over two weekends per module. Zoom recordings are available for every session.

Aventis offers flexible payment plans including 4-instalment schedules aligned with intake terms. DBS/POSB 12-month interest-free instalment plans are available for eligible cardholders.

Application fees for part-time programmes are S$200 (excluding GST) and are non-refundable.
