Withdrawal and refund requests
Students who wish to withdraw must submit the Withdrawal and Refund Request Form and, where applicable, the external university partner's withdrawal form to Student Services. Aventis may arrange an interview as part of processing the request.
The published policy states that withdrawal and refund processing begins only after applicable form sections are complete. Students under 18 require written parental or guardian consent before processing.
The published maximum time from a withdrawal request to written notification of the outcome is four weeks. Where a refund is due under the School's refund policy, it is issued within seven working days of form submission.
