The Roehampton MSc Global Marketing programme would be an intensive programme that will:

Programme Structure

The University of Roehampton, London Master of Science in Global Marketing comprises of 7 modules plus a choice of an Academic Dissertation or Consultancy Project. This Part-Time MSc Global Marketing is designed to provide a competitive edge with strong emphasis on global business issues. Structured around the work commitments and priorities of working professionals. The details of the modules can be found below.

Syllabus

Global Brand Management

Develops your critical understanding of the nature and meaning of brands, as well as the different perspectives in brand management.

E-Marketing

You will examine the impact of digital marketing tools, techniques and concepts upon traditional marketing practice and reflect upon how e-marketing is applied in a rapidly changing external environment.

Leadership & Change Management

Change can be driven by a number of different forces, including customers, markets and technology. Yet research shows that most change initiatives fail to accomplish their intended outcomes and may even limit the potential of an organization and its people.

Strategic Marketing

Provides you with an in-depth, critical understanding of how international companies design and implement marketing strategies.

Global Strategic Management

Provides you with a critical and clear understanding of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility in international business context.

Financial Performance Management

Provides you with a critical understanding of the sources and uses of finance for organisations operating in a domestic or international context.

Business Research Methods

Provides you with a critical understanding of the sources and uses of finance for organisations operating in a domestic or international context and focuses on the management of financial and other resources to optimise organisational performance.

Consultancy Project

Gives you the opportunity to apply the knowledge, analytical, and conceptual tools, as well as the personal skills gained from the taught courses to an in-depth study of a specific organizational issue or problem in the fields of global financial management, marketing management, business management, and human resource management.

Dissertation

Gives you the opportunity to apply the knowledge, analytical, and conceptual tools, as well as the personal skills gained from the taught courses to an in-depth study of a specific issue or problem in the fields of global financial management, marketing management, business management, and human resource management.

Assessment

This is 100% coursework based programme.

Delivery Structure

Upon the successful completion of your MSc Global Marketing programme, you will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead and manage global business operations, to absorb complex information, to make difficult strategic decisions, communicate them effectively, and to lead and manage cross-cultural project teams.

Roehampton Master's Class Profile

Degree Awarded

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded a Master of Science in Global Marketing degree by University of Roehampton, London.

The Degree awarded will be the same as that awarded on-campus.

Admission Criteria

Participants are expected to contribute to the class learning experiences in a cohort and peer learning environment. You will be assessed based on experience, aptitude, potential and managerial skills.

At least 21 years old with a Bachelor's degree in any field or;

Graduate / Postgraduate Diploma from Private Education Institutions or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years work experience, or;

Mature Candidates (at least 30 years old) with a minimum of 8 years work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Minimum of 6.5 IELTS overall with no less than 5.5 in any band, or equivalent (applicable only for graduates from non-English programmes).
